Creating a PDF File

It’s common to create documents that you want someone else to be able to view onscreen or print. But what if that person doesn’t have the application you used to create the document, or the same fonts you have on your system?

An easy solution is to convert your document to a PDF file. Mac users and most other computer users can view or print a PDF file. In Mac OS X, you can easily create a PDF file using a print sheet.
