Once your printer is set up, printing in Mac OS X is as easy as choosing Print from the File menu. A print sheet appears, allowing you to configure settings such as the number of copies and range of pages to print. Depending on the type of printer you have and the application you’re printing from, there may be additional options available. The Print Center application lets you monitor items you’re printing (known as your print jobs). Whenever you initiate a print job, it is added to the print queue.
