The easiest way to share your Mac with multiple people is to set up each person as a user with their own account. Adding a new user to your Mac is simple. You add and delete users in the Accounts pane of System Preferences. Only administrator users can add or delete other users. When you add a user, Mac OS X automatically creates a home folder for the new user, giving them a private place to store their files.
