Changing Dock Size and Position

The Dock automatically adjusts its size to accommodate new items as they’re added. You can also change the size of the Dock manually.

Where the Dock appears onscreen is another option you control. By default, it appears at the bottom of the screen. However, you can easily set the Dock to appear on the right or left side of the screen.
